A professional email address that uses your own domain, such as you@yourdomain.com, looks more trustworthy than a free email address. With Pakalfa hosting, you can create email accounts in cPanel in a few minutes, read them in webmail, and connect them to your phone or computer.
Step 1: Log in to your Pakalfa client area and open cPanel
Log in to your Pakalfa client area at billing.pakalfa.com, go to your hosting service, and open cPanel.
Step 2: Open Email Accounts
In cPanel, find the Email section and click Email Accounts. This page lists any email accounts you have already created for your domains.
Step 3: Create the account
Click Create, then choose the domain for the new address. Enter the first part of the address, for example info, sales, or your name, to make the full email address, such as info@yourdomain.com. Create a strong password, or use the password generator in cPanel, and store the password somewhere safe.
Step 4: Set the mailbox quota
Set a mailbox quota, which is how much storage the mailbox can use. If you read mail mainly in webmail or keep mail on the server, allow enough space. If you download mail to one computer and remove it from the server, a smaller quota may be enough. Click Create to finish.
Step 5: Open the mailbox in webmail
Back on the Email Accounts page, find your new account and click Check Email to open webmail. Choose a webmail application, such as Roundcube, and log in with your full email address and password. From webmail you can send, receive, and organize mail from any browser.
Step 6: Connect a phone or computer mail app
To read the same mailbox on your phone or computer, go back to Email Accounts in cPanel and click Connect Devices next to the account. Use the settings shown in cPanel under Connect Devices for your account. Use your full email address as the username, and choose IMAP for keeping mail on all devices, so mail you read on your phone is also available in webmail and on your computer. If a setting shown in cPanel differs from a general guide, always use the value shown in your own cPanel.
Tips
Use a different strong password for each mailbox, do not share mailbox passwords, and check your quota from time to time so a full mailbox does not stop new mail from arriving.
