3. Web Hosting Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of web hosting services at any time by:

  • Contacting Pakalfa support via email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise requested.

4. No Partial Refunds

  • Canceling a service does not entitle the customer to a partial or prorated refund for the unused period.

5. Automatic Cancellation Due to Non-Payment

  • Pakalfa is not responsible for any data loss resulting from suspension or termination due to non-payment.
  • Once a service is terminated, data recovery cannot be guaranteed.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Backing up website data regularly
  • Initiating cancellation requests if services are no longer required

7. Pakalfa’s Right to Cancel Services

Pakalfa reserves the right to cancel or suspend services without prior notice if:

  • The service is used for illegal, abusive, or unethical activities
  • There is a violation of Pakalfa’s Terms & Conditions
  • Required payments remain unpaid

8. Service Continuity After Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, access to hosting services and related data will be permanently removed after termination.
  • Domain ownership remains with the customer until expiration, subject to registry rules.

Pakalfa reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.
